The room was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure on the shower was excellent. The area was nice enough and convenient to the major roadway. The host was friendly and expected us due to the booking on letsbookhotel.com. This is one of the nicest Americas Best Value Inns that we have ever stayed at. We traveled to PA for a dog show. They had a micro wave, fridge, good location, and when I pointed out our dogs were small took $10 a day off of our motel tab. I thought $10 a dog was a bit steep.
all reviews » Nothing fancy, but a good location close to restaurants and the highway. Good value. Parking area was well lighted. Location off main highway with easy access, small facility with easier, shorter distance to room. The room was comfortable and good value for the price. The room had a newer television with lots of channels to choose from direct tv. including 5 or 6 Hbo channels !. Free wifi and close to downtown. The staff were nice and the continental breakfast was good. I did get my money back. Nothing. Nothing. Everything was exceptional!. Parking was alittle tight, and it's not in the best section of town. Did have smoke odor even though labeled non-smoking, had issues with vanity washbowl not working properly, loose toilet bowl, in need of TLC (new caulking around bathroom fixtures, general wall and floor repairs, improved lighting in bathroom. Continental breakfast needs additional items, by 8:30 should not have been depleted as we found it to be. Thank you. Room was a little outdated ( minor cosmetics) Hard to find entrance and during our stay parking lot was being resealed so even harder to enter/exit Rooms not very sound proof and had to keep tv pretty loud to not hear people in other room. We stayed for two nights in two seperate rooms and they were both discusting. We should have just slept on the car. The list is long. It was a nasty, dirty place. Everything was old and in disrepair. Layers of dust, original everything in an older place, including the bed cover. Guests were more of the crack house variety. It wasn't dirty toilet overflowed we were walking in human waste the manager said he was going to give us another room for another day he reneged and changed hiskiigh mind and gave us a room just to take a shower it was a horrible experience it was filthy and dirty and in a ghetto setting very unpleased?. did not like it at all. The room is not clean at all. I even found blood on the bed, and claimed to the staff, but he said he does not care about at all and let me claim to the manager. The experience there was extremely horrible. The area where the hotel is was very dangerous. During the midnight, there are many people seemingly dangerous hanging around there.
