We were very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. The room was
clean and we appreciated the mini refrigerator and microwave. We were
able to get ice and an extra towel as needed. Breakfast was sufficient
for us with fruits, juices,coffee and pastries. I loved that we could
make phone calls without charge as it gave me a chance to touch base
with family!! Because the weather was sleeting, we ordered Dominos pizza
and a very nice delivery person came with our dinner~very convenient!. all reviews »
We were greeted warmly by the owner. Check in and out went smoothly with a very helpful staff. We even requested more towels and were handed them within minutes. The beds are so comfortable and it was the best nights' sleep I've had in a while. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot.
I loved the fact that you allowed pets, that the room was "away" from people, and the motel was so easy to find. The staff was excellent and I highly recommend this motel to other travelers!!!.
room was clean, beds were comfy, location was convenient, good parking right in front of room, coffee in the am, a bite to eat for breakfast, staff friendly (we checked in rather late).
I loved how close we were to the college, and it was very affordable! The bed was sooo soft, the staff was nice, and it was very quiet. It was a great place to crash. Loved it!.

Location.
This should not reflect poorly on the Inn, but the night we arrived, it
was sleeting and slippery when walking. There were also quite a few
sirens that went up and down the road which was probably due to the
weather conditions.
We could have used a TV guide...and the shower stall was a bit small but these are minor discomforts. All in all this was a wonderful expierence.

Room too hot. Thermostat not working. Had to open wndow.
Continental breakfast is limited. We ate at the Village Diner, instead, which was fantastic!.
Internet was a bit slow at times (too slow to support video Skype). Continental breakfast options are very limited so don't expect much.

mattresses were VERY soft. would have preferred a harder mattress. Even moderately hard or firm would have been fine.
We were not able to regulate the heat in the room and it was a bit hot for us.
Door would not lock when I left the room. The secure lock didn't
work. The manager replaced the battery but the door still would not
lock. The shower faucet adjustment didn't work very well to adjust
the water temperature.

A bit scruffy around the edges.
The shower door did not shut and the bath towels were small and one felt like sandpaper.
The room had a very bad (almost moldy) smell, and no way to open any window to get in fresh air. I had to use the noisy fan on the A/C unit to get the room air to be bearable, when a simple open window (bathroom) would have done the trick.
Shower was difficult to regulate temperature.
Bed mattresses a little uncomfortable.
No bars to hang on to in Bathroom. Not handicap friendly.
