Staff were wonderful. Especially Jenn the manager on duty who checked us in. There had been a problem with out booking via letsbookhotel.com and we were a bit freaked out that we wouldnt have rooms but she reassured us.. Told us to help ourselves to tea/coffee and fixed it really quickly and with a smile! Very helpful. The rooms were lovely-clean,comfortable, great showers. Free tea and coffee jn the lobby and breakfast was great and includes in room rate.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Clean and comfortable. On a 2 week vacation we stayed at a variety of motels and this Hampton Inn was our favorite. Bed was extremely comfortable and my wife said she hated to leave. We liked that a big effort was made at breakfast to serve fresh fruit and yoghurt,a varied breakfast . Good value for the money Very comfortable, spacious rooms. the staff was great- Loved the snack room & the prices were great on the snacks Breakfast was wonderful & loved coffee 24 hours!!. The friendliness of the staff, the amenities in the hotel. Free breakfast. All of these things were wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed and bedding of course was exceptional. Wonderful breakfast and pristine duvet and towels. Spacious room and bath. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of choice at breakfast. everything was good, really enjoyed myself. The breakfast was nice and our stay was peaceful. Typical Hampton Inn which I book this brand. Nothing really. We only stayed for 1 night on our last night in Pittsburgh. We had stayed downtown also and if coming again I would choose here over the hotels downtown.. Way better value and not too far from the city if you have a car.. The eggs and sausage for breakfast could have been warmer, but still very good. one of the day, scrambled eggs seemed to be made from powder... bacon was burnt... Nothing against the hotel just a strange jug handle to get back to hotel. Nothing, our stay was awesome. On our third day, housekeeping did not come in and clean the room, make the bed or check for empty tissues. Also the lighting in the room was uncomfortable. The wall sconces were placed so high that the light shined directly in the eyes. Night stand lamps would be better. nothing. The room was quite humid and the air conditioner ran the whole time. Confusing access from the road to hotel, but that is hardly the hotel's fault.
