Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is really clean and with a nice odour. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous. Upon arrival staff provided my whole family super delicious chocolate chip cookies are they were free and available all the time on ur demand. Hotel had a complimentary shuttle to the most famous tourism points of Pittsburg which is really helpful in saving money and time of finding taxis.
all reviews » The shuttle!! The staff was professional, courteous, and insanely helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and punctual. The warm cookies were a bonus. Room size, bed linens, and shower were all good where most hotels are bad. The shuttle, the shuttle, oh and did I mention the shuttle?. Room was perfect for me, my 2 sisters, and one brother (all adults 50 and over). The roll-away bed was very comfortable and the room was large enough to accommodate it comfortably. We needed extra pillows which were promptly delivered. The pool was perfect...right temperature and size. Ease of access to the hotel by car both arriving and departing. Parking Valet was very friendly and patient while he waited for us to unload our luggage. They had a shuttle service that took us to our downtown destinations and picked us up with a phone call. It let us park our car and not fight traffic. Chose this location because of it's proximity to the Consol Energy Center. Was very pleased with the ease of access and the way we were treated. The view of downtown is lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel room was modern and very clean. We really enjoyed our visit. Location right at Pittsburgh Downtown and close to subway was excellent. Staff, facilities and cleanliness were also extremely good. Close our event ,we actually walked to it. It was the 2 nd time we stayed here ,& had a great time..... The staff was helpful and very friendly, well stocked bar and nice restaurant, 7eleven next to lobby. location,easy access to subway,parking attendants were nice, shuttle service staff very friendly. Let's put it this way, I got stuck in your elevator but will only stay at this hotel when I come to Pittsburgh. You guys rocked. The fold-out couch was a little uncomfortable for my large brother. It was a little farther from downtown and in particular PNC Park than I had anticipated. Long walks to get to where we wanted to go. The hotel however does have a free shuttle but we did not talk advantage of it as we probably should have. When I left they charged me $20.00 more than the agreed on price through letsbookhotel.com. Fortunately I had your receipt on my phone and got my bill adjusted. Can't think of anything. It would be nice if parking fees were included in the room price. My room was already very good but it could be even more confortable. nothing. Very dark rooms, ours overlooked air con units & was quite noisy. I think there are better located hotels in Pittsburgh if you want to get around on foot. That I had to pay to park. If you're an overnight guest then you should be able to park for free. It should be included in the cost of the room. The hotel did not have my reservation. Never received from Booking.com. It was very loud, our toilet started running LOUDLY several times during the night, the first time we thought someone was in our room and flushed our toilet. It cost us a good night's sleep because it happened continually throughout the night. The hotel was very difficult to find and were stuck in traffic everytime we headed back to the hotel. We've stayed in Pittsburgh a few times now since my daughter goes to school there and it was a little too expensive for us to just visit our daughter. We've stayed at hotels half the price and just as nice in Pittsburgh. Paid a higher price then was originally quoted 2 weeks prior!!!!! I was told there was a refridge in room! Had to lug a cooler up instead!!!!!!!. The hotel was fully booked, and we had a room with a view of lower floor's roof, cigarette butts and empty beer cans. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Elevators are really slow. feather pillows, pay for parking. No safe in the room hidden chages - 3 different tax charges on the top of the promoted price. Nothing. THe shuttle services were lacking. We were informed they come frequently. We waited 30minutes and the only one we made contact with was not in service. This was one reason we stayed here was the convienence of the shuttles already paid in the hotel costs. We ended up spending more money on cabs that was unexpected. The flush system of toilets are so loud, I can hear every toilet flush in the morning from rooms next to me above us or below us I spent top dollars on this hotel and I was disappointed. The room size is very big compared to bathroom compact size. Price and valet. Tv channel selection was horrible.
