Overall experience was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was excellent they even went out of their way to get us some bagels when we had to leave at 4am. Definitely stay there in the future. room service was excellent and the food tasted wonderful. The front desk staff was very helpful. Convenient to the airport with shuttle. First stay for us but will use this hotel again. Very nice for the money.
all reviews » Safe and comfortable once I got there. . next door club and grill area was very nice, food there was very good as was the staff. Breakfast here was nice and coffee was excellent : ). Chose it for location near the airport because of very early flight. Used shuttle service at 4.05am for airport and also free of charge to the Arizona Mills Mall. Staff, location, rooms and breakfast were all very good. We have stayed at HI Express before and this was the nicest one for us. Will stay again when in town. Both people who checked us in we're friendly and very professional. They enjoyed working there. Oh yes did I thank you for our breakfast?. Free transport to/from airport & transit & dinner out. I was also stranded at the airport for almost an hour waiting for the shuttle after my initial call that I was there and waiting with my luggage. . at 92 degrees and sunshine I was not happy but I survived!. no issues at all... nothing within walking distance. No dislikes at all. No water in vending machines, they were all sold out on the 4th floor. Nothing. The shuttle to the airport was too small and not everybody got on. Nothing. Breakfast should begin earlier for travelers. Everything was great. nothing. Plumbing could use some work, toilet ran after flushing and faucet in shower was nearly impossible to stop from dripping. location is hard to find from airport. Everything was good, no issues. Would have preferred the airport courtesy bus to start running earlier than 4am,. It was good. N/A. Restaurants. The lack of Restaurant s other than basic chain restaurants. A little tired, a little grungy. Not up to HI Express standards. Will not choose again..... We had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle at the airport at 11:00 at night. I was told the driver would be there in 1o minutes. Upon pick up, the driver was going 2o miles per hour ABOVE the speed limit on the dark, curvy roads. I felt unsafe. I reported this to the manager.
