  Very pleased with our stay. The front desk manager Steve was incredibly helpful and always friendly, and he went out of his way to bring us bottled water and sunblock as we had told him we were in town for the Coachella Music festival.The room was recently renovated, very clean, and felt modern although a tad small (but there is a mini fridge whic... what people say » h is always nice). The cleaning staff ladies were also extremely sweet and helpful and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. It was incredibly easy t - Very pleased with our stay. The front desk manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, and he went out of his way to bring us bottled water and sunblock as we had told him we were in town for the Coachella festival. The room was recently renovated, clean, and felt modern. It was incredibly easy to drive to and from the festival each day in about 30-45 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

  I loved the room. The king size bed was very comfortable. I called the front desk because the TV cable didn't come on and I also needed an iron an a nice young woman was there within 5 minutes. Free parking and Wi-fi.

  The manager is a really nice and friendly guy. The rooms are set around the pool, so I had a beautiful view of the pool and mountains from my window. There could have been courtyard / pool noise, but it was very quiet when I stayed. The bathroom was huge, there was a fridge, freezer (wow!), and microwave, and the - This is our 3rd stay. Front Desk Manager Vivek is always very customer service oriented. He remembers us. Hotel has a great location with a little liquor store around the corner, which is good if you want to get a morning coffee. Hotel is a short distance from downtown Palm Springs, but away from the noise. Room is big and clean. Bathroom is remodeled, all white with a window.

  My girl friend and I booked a 2 night stay at the Ivy palms and resort spa. We booked there because my girlfriend loves to sun by the pool and this place had a couple of nice pools and plenty of lounge chairs. We had mixed feelings about this place due to negative reviews of travelers past so we decided to find out for ourselves. Yeah, the tv was outdated and the bed was a - Michelle at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She appreciated the nature of this special trip and was warm, welcoming, friendly and professional at all times. She is such an asset to the Ivy Palm and her beautiful smiling face was a pleasure to see every morning. TYVM Michelle!! You are customer service excellence!   My daughter and I were visiting friends in Palm Springs, we stayed two nights. Our room was on the ground level opening up to the garden and the pool area, we could not hear the guests at the pool only when our door was open to the patio. We had breakfast in the room and it was very good. The beds are really nice with soft bedding and many pillows... what people say » . The maids brought us whatever we needed, we asked for robes and they sent them right away. I will stay at this hotel again! - The Hotel was in a great location. The staff were nice and very helpful! Ordered room service and it came really quick! According to my boyfriend the Spa was very nice, clean and the staff there were great! The price was not bad at all as we booked the room for the same day to spend Father's Day weekend there! We will definitely be going back!!
