I loved the room and having a balcony. Being in walking distance from the Boardwalk and Epcot was great. Definitely will stay at this property again. I think they have the fastest elevators I have ever encountered we never had to wait for one. The pools were great and really liked the Beach Bar over at the Dolphin Chad there is great. Swan was conveniently located with access to Epcot & nightly excursions to the Boardwalk. The pool area was fantastic! Something for everyone. When you couldnt get into Disney restaurants, the Swan had good options.
all reviews » Positioning and complimentary transport superb assets. Amazing view of Disney attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed for longer than one night. Location next to Disney Boardwalk and Epcot and use of free shuttle boats to ride about and to and fro. Surrounding grounds were quite nice. Location and willingness of staff to assist. Central areas were very clean. Price was very good as well. We really enjoyed our stay at the Swan. We loved the location in Disney. Great place. I liked the speedy service at the reception and the quite room. We had a good rest. Loved the pools!! And the poolside bar. And the close walk to the boardwalk. Proximity to Epcot, Boardwalk and Pleasure Island. That it had the disney buses come to the hotel. Every thank. Location close to Epcot. The main areas, pools, and landscaping are very nice. The staff was excellent!. Location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, within easy walking distance. The only thing I liked was the location. it was clean. Location. Location. Easy stroll or commute to Magic Kingdom. Comfort. The parking was a slight hassle, the machine would never recognize my room key. I did hit the assistance button and they opened the gate. Maybe not for large families. Cleanliness of our room was hit and miss. Although I appreciate the green footprint, I would expect our room to at least be serviced for ice bucket daily. There was one day where our room wasn't even looked at all, beds left unmade. We had lunch at the Swan's restaurant and ordered chicken wings. To our taste they were not good and could not eat them. We told the waitress but we still got charged for it. The food was not very good and we paid a $100+ bill. Please improve quality of food. Floor tiles in the lobby. That it is not actually connected with Disney so their was not a free bus to the airport. It does not say this anywhere online on booking and we would not book this hotel again. Restoursnt shared location between the tow hotels for breakfast for example you have to walk dustant and in the cold weather. Room had a mild musty & urine smell. We did not take time to report this to the staff since we were in the room very little time and only stayed two nights. On another note, both nights we stayed were very noisy after midnight. The room we stayed could use attention to cleaning, especially the bathroom. The room also could use a fresh coat of paint. The rooms are to small and very cheap looking for the price you guys charge a night. Their is to many fees on top of the nightly rate. I will not book there again or recommend anyone to stay. Bad experience. nothing special. The room smelled. Paid over $300.00 a night and coffee is not offered in morning? No service by pools. Food by pools childlike and gross. The room was small, frumpy, and not the cleanest. No indian resturant. Half hour to 45min waiting lane to have breakfast ?? Hotel is out dated in general.
