I stay again for shure, exelent place to stay,, close to many dinner places and for shopings to. If you are goin to disney or universal, it is perfect, is super close and they offer shuttle ride to.. I'll be back for shure. We liked all the improvements since we last visited when it was The Masters Inn the room was excellent relaxing after a long journey from Scotland had a very good nights sleep and a very good breakfast.
all reviews » The room was a good size and had tea and coffee making tray. Bed was comfortable and the area quite, which was good after a long flight from uk. Breakfast was also good, a reasonable choice. Well located motel with basic facilities but we were pleasantly surprised to have use of a fridge and microwave oven. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of foods that were kept restocked and refreshed. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just fine for the night. the location was great. the front desk personnel was wonderful. the complimentary breakfast was sufficient, nothing fancy. the location to disney was perfect!. The staff couldn't have been nicer, breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, I would definitely stay there again. Staff was wonderful. The owners ensure great customer service is given. The breakfast was awesome!. New room and was very nice, great location for Disney world, shuttle picked us up from hotel. There was no non slip surface in the bath or any grab rails in the bathroom, my husband slipped and fell out of the bath while having a shower. Luckily for us he only suffered shock and bruising. The building appears to be quite old and may be due for refurbishment. It's an older hotel in a safe, but not particularly attractive area. we stayed in 2 separate rooms during separate portions of our trip. the 2nd room was a bit untidy...dead bugs found in several corners of the room and remained even after housekeeping came in. and the toilet was dirty upon arrival (mold ring around the rim). this was cleaned by housekeeping on the 2nd day. The theme park shuttle service didn't run as frequently as stated on the website. The floor of the hotelroom was very dirty, they need a new carpet in there. My friend walked without shoes after taking a shower and her feet was black after 15 mins. None. Bathroom door didn't shut and fart fan always on. n/a. had to have my card access keys done over they didn't work the second night. Nothing. No hot water for a shower. The air didnt work correctly, either. The stay from checking in when they couldn't find the letsbookhotel.com reservation, being put in the wrong room, and having to change, and the bed/pillows where not comfortable. Far from our family. Too busy of an area, kind of a low-class area, pillows are too small (not standard pillows), rooms don't have good sound insulation. too close to the main road.
