Beautiful place......have stayed there three times before

Checked into room and there was a banana peel in the waste basket and a glass out on the patio filled with cigarette butts. Closed the jacuzzi down at 9:00 for adults???

The view of the fireworks from our room

being charged $19 for parking on site and $31 for bedroom tax which I think is disgraceful.

Staff super friendly. Norman's restaurant was amazing and the server there was fabulous.

I was asked about adding on scalp massage and I did but afterwards i figured out it was an additional cost but not additional time. That seemed very strange to me.

Everything was first class staff more than helpful

I like to tip 20% for good service I don't like to have 18% added on my bill for poor service.

This is a beautiful hotel...great amenities, especially the spa.

The transportation is unreliable. We can give details if anyone would like that information. Now we are very frustrated....unable to get answers on our bill...unable to get the staff to put the charges on the correct card. This is a beautiful property, however, there are some service issues that leave a customer with a negative impression.

The hotel was luxurious and beautiful and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. The buffet beakfast was fantastic.

We loved the pool and lazy river. The room was comfortable and close proximity to the spa was great. Breakfast buffet was one of the best ever!

very far from attraction nothing is available in walking distance a car is a must everyday.
