The grounds were lovely and designed for comfort. I liked the fact that there were multiple activities for children. Staff courteous and helpful. Did not have one bad experience. I was traveling with my husband, daughter and grandchildren and all had great visit. Loved the staff. So professional and made us feel like they were there to make our stay perfect.....from the front desk to pool assoc. Hemmingways assoc. and bike and golf club assoc.

The extensive, beautiful grounds held numerous activities for everyone. The clear glass hallways gave beautiful views of the Orlando area. All of the staff aims to please!. I like very much the way their employees treat you: discretion, very kind, always want to help! And everywhere you go it is clean!! Awesome!!!. Excellent hotel and grounds beautifully maintained. No 'disneyfication'. Good shuttle bus. Excellent friendly and attentive staff. Hotel was awesome, Cant wait to go back.. wish we had more time, ya need a couple days just for the pool and hotel!. The coffee was undrinkable! There were not enough umbrellas by the pool areas and the chairs were very crowded together. The weather!!. Our room was not cleaned to our expectations. Dirty glasses were left in the room,. The view of the parking lot from our room. The double bed my husband and I slept in was very uncomfortable- we kept falling into the middle of the bed. The service at the Starbucks kiosk was very slow. The meal at Hemingways was very salty and very expensive. When we lived in Orlando we ate there a lot and it has gone downhill. You can hear noise from the other roomz ,,Expensive car park ... They little poor in room cleaning. Parking and resort fee. The resort fee should be optional - when you are at the park 4 or 5 days how should a family be expected to pay $22 a day and not be able to use it - we had ours waived this time but may not come to stay b/c of this expense. Only two trips by the shuttle bus to Disney parks in the early morning every day and only one return trip. This is too restrictive. Offered bicycles do not have hand brakes. Pool water is not warmed. - All the extra fees - Inconvenient and expensive parking. The additional charges, not included in the room charges, such as cost for the use of a small refrigerator, parking charges are too high, up charges for a pool view room and food prices were WAY too high. A personal dosing spoon was taken from the room by mistake, when I claimed I was asked to wait long for a new spoon, it was late evening and I was very tired when finally the waiter showed. A stuffed duck very precious to our granddaughter was taken we guess by mistake by the maid when cleaning, we asked for deep search and the duck was not found, the little girl was inconsolable for the loss: I can say that the room staff is not careful and watchful. Nothing. The food of bad quality and overexpensive. The personal is very unfriendly. Location is quite far from citi and Universal studios. Car is a must have. I wish they had more umbrellas and tables and chairs for the guests around the pools!. Pool bartenders were slow and rude. The pool servers were good though. Mandatory $22 Daily Service Charge - should be included in the room rates advertised. The big pool isn't heated!!! Smaller pool was full of kids and it would have been nice to enjoy the other pool, but not at 62deg. Noisy, traffic congestion, difficulty parking, too many kids everywhere, and ongoing construction. High speed internet is not free. Restaurants close early. the lagoon pool was too cold to enjoy, a bit dissappointed by that. No complimentary water in the room. Transportation to the park. Upon arrival booked online for 360.00 and found out they up graded our reservations and my bill was 550.00 very disappointed.... The parking seemed a bit difficult, but that is Orlando. n/a. I didn't have problem. My deposit was not return to me. Parking fees to stay at the resort. Stuff was very unfriendly and even aggressive at some point. same comment. We preferred the Hyatt as it used to be. We will not return. Extremely high priced food and drink with a high resort tax on top of it. Resort fee is a killer. Couple that with the parking and you r paying $40 extra a night. I felt sorry for the check in people. Evevy person checking in complained about the fees. This is the only Bad thing about this resort. They need to eliminate this or we May never come bAck. Don't pay this At Disney hotels.
