It was a nice bed and spacious room. The price made the rest of it worthwhile. Was clean, quiet, and a good price. This isn't actually a hotel it is just a privately-owned room inside the Crowne Plaza Downtown hotel. You do get to use the hotel facilities (pool, gym etc) but you can't ask the hotel staff for any services - even for soap. You get given a phone number for "Kevin" when you check in who is meant to be the one you call for everything. Kevin refused to bring more toiletries or towels during the week, telling us that the rooms were serviced one time per week and you can get nothing in between.
