Very close to a lot of restraunts and close to Event Center for concert. Looked like the rooms and lobby had been updated in the last few years. The staff was friendly even though there was a line of people waiting to check in and most everyone was angry because it took 45 minutes to check in. I enjoyed the scenery offered at the hotel. It showed to be very busy and full of positive energy. I enjoyed the lounge and restaurant offered onsite. It was a great experience and the bed was very comfortable. My room was very clean and smoke free. I definately would stay again.
all reviews » It is in an excellent location and suitably priced. Restaurant had good food with decent servers. The business/computer section is well set up and adequate. The wireless works well for my laptop in the room. The convenience of its downtown location which was walking distance to much of what okc has to offer. Also, price was very reasonable for a Friday night. Booked it on Kayak. I'll stay again. I loved the Hotel because it was very nice and clean which is a priority when traveling. It was nice thatit was within a block from the arena I needed to go to. We had a wonderful experiance. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. We felt very welcomed there. Both the picture and the sound. breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very expensive for a so-so buffet, even with a coupon. The only thing I would have liked was a small refrigerator in the room. Check in took awhile because some guests were complaining. the room service was very pricey, I have had room service in other nice hotels but this was a little too much.Three sandwhiches and six beers were 78.00. Price was higher than most, but this was a pleasure trip, so price was not too bad. TV reception was not so clear, BUT I was not there to watch tv (lol). They appeared to short staffed on a very busy night. It looks dingy outside. The building probably could use a fresh coat of paint. Bathroom size. Only two water bottles?. Parking was a bit of a pain but, understandable considering it is downtown. Had to purchase a parking pass to a city parking deck or pay every time I left the hotel. I would think there should be free parking for hotel guests even if included in hotel price. They couldn't find our reservation had wait twenty minutes to check in- therefore my husband and I missed our movie. The front guest wasn't friendly and we could hear alot of nose throughout the night. Nothing. It was great. Restroom in my room was cramped. No valet parking for over-size vehicals (Pick-up extended cab) requiring us to find a parking on the street in the entertainment district on a weekend. They didn't have our room ready. We had to wait hours to get our room. For almost $200/night this should not be an issue. They did pay for parking. limited menu after dinner hour. The bathrooms were very small could barely get two people in at same time and just a little two small. I did not like the pool. Cost of Wifi. Nothing. The front desk told me that my payment was declined when I turned around & called my bank immediately & they said it was approved! :(. We waited in line for 30 minutes to check in. Hotel was not prepared at ALL for arrival of guests - disappointing that they are near a major venue in OKC knowing a concert is coming and there were hundreds of people in the lobby waiting for their rooms still at 5pm (check in time 3pm). room rates too expensive. We were assured the room would be charged to my husbands debit card. It was not. Had trouble with a couple of other bookings and confirmations. Bathrooms too small. Trouble with tv, some channels fuzzy picture and problem with movie on demand access but hotel made it right. Valet parking was horrible. Had to wait too long for my vehicle. Not enough staff members. Under construction Cleanliness Bed wasn't very comfortable Air conditioner not working well. no limousine service. I didn't like that I ordered food and it sat outside our door for a whole day and I had to call and have it be picked up! That my kids were waken at 2:00 am when people were being really loud in the halls! Had to call room service and it took for ever for things to be brought to room! I travel a lot and wasn't impressed! A lot of money for the service!.
