Close to town, easy walking distance to several restaurants, pubs, shops, harbor, beach, etc. PARKING! Loved that they had parking available for guests - not all places on MV guarantee you a parking spot. Nice front porch to sit on and watch traffic and people stroll past. Nice bedding. Great host - very friendly. Quaint and beautiful Inn right in the middle of Oak Bluff, just a block up from the ferry landing, and a block from the Historic Cottage district. They provided delicious coffee cakes for breakfast. The Inn keeper was very helpful, friendly, and had great suggestions for places to eat, and things to do.

This is a quaint and affordable placed to stay, offering delicious continental breakfast in the am, to get you started on your day. Location, convenience to beach and town,accommodating friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort, ambience. Great porch sitting and relaxation. Safe place to keep bicycle. Relatively easy parking in off season. I loved the cozy bed, my own balcony and the nice continental Breakfast. The owner and her husband took special care of me. I didn't feel alone at all. A friendly, well-run and very nicely-kept B&B with real character close to the centre and seafront of Oak Bluffs, a homelier and less twee settlement than Edgartown. Warm & Friendly Atmosphere the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, cozy room with comfortable bed, no AC but didn't need it. We found the owner to be very helpful and nice. The location was outstanding as we could walk to virtually everything. The service was excellent we canceled one night of the stay and didn't get charged for it. Wonderful inn. Bed was a little uncomfortable - seemed like an older mattress with defined body imprints in the king with a bump in the middle. A/C unit was a little noisy. Small TV; would have been nice to have a guide of channels provided - appeared to be a decent selection of channels, just didn't know what they were. The private bathroom is across the hall. No closet space, or hooks to hang clothing in room or bath. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was limited for a b& b, no fruit, no yogurt Internet was mostly non-existent. Breakfast choice limited to cakes. Leaving!. cakes for breakfast. small rooms. nothing. continental breakfast food was sub-par. No housekeeping until check out. nothing. Room a little small. The bed needed a better topper for my bad back the bed was to hard and eneven so I was not comfortable for the two nights. Old, creaky, ancient carpet in the hall. No air conditioning! So uncomfortable that we left after one night.
