  Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40 on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the f... what people say » ree continental breakfast to the recommendations on things to do around town were 4 star worthy!! I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

  It was a great value. Allowed more money for shopping. Internet was a bit hard to get into. It took quite some time. We did enjoy our stay and the breakfast was okay too. - great value for the price. nice breakfast included in price, clean rooms and very helpful staff. (ask for the newly renovated rooms)

  The building is probably from the 1950's or 1960's, but recently renovated and very clean and comfortable. Rooms are small, but very convenient to the falls. The owner/manager is very courteous and makes every effort to please. Personally, I like having the car just outside the room entrance. The facilities were quite sufficient for anyone traveling on business and that is looking to be budget conscious. I was completely satisfied with my stay!

  The price was the best from nearest hotels, big and clean room, a lot of facilities in the room: hair dryer, tv, iron, fone etc. Near the hotel is 24 ours opend pub. - The place was great... it wasn't as clean as some but for the money this was the best value. I liked it there and the jacuzzi suites were the way to go.

  We return from Fla at 1:30 in the morning and this hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport. We stay here 2 or 3 times a year under the same circumstances. - It was close to the airport (Niagara Falls), clean and comfortable... Also affordable.

  I was happily surprised to find that our room had a fridge/freezer as well as a microwave. I don't believe this was advertised on the website and would be a great addition. The location to the falls was also great and the manager was very friendly. - the hot tub, and it was quite ok to stay in there....

  It's a motel so i had a space for my car. I went there in easter so it was off season, everything was quiet, i really enjoyed it. the room was hot enough and the bed was confortable. I only paid 48 dollars so i was really happy. - the staff, they provide me the info that I'd request and they were very helpful
