Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40 on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the free continental breakfast to the recommendations on things to do around town were 4 star worthy!! all reviews » Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking. Front desk staff was very friendly, gave us the map and directions to the falls. Also suggested us some restaurants. we were 30 minutes early from checking time, still they allowed us to check in early for free. ample parking space and Mexican restaurant on site had delicious food. Rooms were neat and clean. Morning breakfast was plus point. Good for the price. The rooms were decent enough to spend a night. Overall just an average motel. Sheets were clean, beds were a little too soft for me but can work for a night. Walmart, Target are closeby to pickup water etc. And a lot of restaurants and fast food places are nearby as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get free tickets to take the bus to the Falls so we didn't have to pay 10-20 dollars to park, and the bus wasn't crowded. İ liked this hotel. They kept coming off the bed when you roll over. There is little place for breakfast. The room has cigarrette smell odor. More lights in room. Less noisy AC. Very limited breakfast. Dirty floors, 1 set of towels for 4 ppl. Old (very old) beds, if you try to would wobble and swing under you. Slow wi-fi. Overall pretty outdated and needs some renovation. Stains on carpet were awful. Towels in room were thin and threadbare. No fitted sheets on bed, just two top sheets and no blankets. Pillows were flat. We we recommended the mexican restaurant next door which apparently had won an award, but we were not impressed with the worn seats with duct tape or the food. Front office reeked of curry or whatever spices the staff was using for themselves. It a terrible smell for one not used to that. Also the mattress was very uncomfortable for both me and my wife. The room we atayed in has a broken cabinet door. holes in walls-broken light bulbs-did not vacume floors for four days-base of parlor lamp rusted-bathroom tissue roll located six inches from floor-telephone on 6x8inchpiece of pressed wood held to wall with a single shelf bracket-no drain stop in bathroom sink-no non-slip mat in shower-measurement writting on walls and door jambs-etc. Run down. it looks a lot nicer on the internet than it really is, we were very disappointed. For what we paid we could have got a much nicer hotel with more amenities. Room to dark, smells, no hairdryer on the room. The room was too small for 4 ppl (two double beds). No coffee maker in room. The microwave was broken. Beds were very soft, woke up with back ache. Walls were very thin, so could hear the neighbors talking. There were not many power outlets around to recharge our phones and laptop. One would expect to have a power outlet near a desk in the room, but that were none. Nothing I liked. sewage smell in the room, poor condition of room especially the bathroom. Rip off, manager is a lier, very unclean room. Everything. I arrived late , when I saw the room I cried , dirty , no maintenance, stained linen and bed covers , grimy and sad I had to ask for the bed covers to be replaced. I was booked in for 4 nights but left the next morning .
