I had inquired whether I could purchase a basket to have in the room when I arrived, but when we came, the refreshments came by an employee with a caring written note from staff saying the refreshments were compliments of staff and to have Happy Anniversary stay.   We had a great stay at the Balboa Bay Resort. Very comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff. My kids loved the beach and the pool. We had a great visit. - We'd like to thanks for "Patrick Hynes" help. He's really nice and gave us useful information, making us a wonderful trip in Balboa. :)

  We loved the options in the pools. The out door activities, both shuffle board and chess were great options for anyone looking for something to do - Excellent hotel, confortable room, amazing pools. Newport is a lovely town. We had no problem at all, we enjoyed every minute that we spent here.
