manhattan, they contacted me and fixed all for me being very gentle. I
arrived and always was perfect. The location is half block from 5th

The staffs are polite, cheerful, helpful and friendly. They are just fantastic The location is excellent. Ideally placed, within walking distance to the happening places yet is also quiet which made it easy to sleep. Though the room is not very spacious but is comfortable. Well a hotel that I recommend for business or vacation. I would happily go back again.

The location is fantastic and the price unbeatable! Very near two metro stations. The place is very well decorated and very, very clean. I shared the toilet and it was perfect, never had to waited, they have two toilets per hall, and they are very clean. The only weird thing was that the night that I arrived, at midnight, I arrived to an empty lobby, had to waited 40 minutes, and finally I found the doorman drunk, behind a chari!! He was very grumpy and had to struggle a little to get my room,

The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). We had a wonderful experience here and will do it again. The staff was MOST helpful (they turned our radiator off when it got warm in the room and also were smiling and accommodating with another small request we had to freeze ice packs in their kitchen freezer). The complimentary breakfast was amazing an had one of the best selections of any hotel I've been to. Something for everyone! The rooftop terrace was beautiful and great to watch the sunset on as well as to eat. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The large shower was great and always able to get warm water. Ice machines were easily accessible and staff were friendly.
