  yes but prefer a more central location, but can´t beat value for money in NYC. - The price was terrefic. Location not bad, very clean friendly staff. Free wifi on hotel's computer in lobby. Great for checking e mails etc.

  The location is brilliant indeed - some few steps from the Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention and thank Trinita, who checked me in much earlier that she was supposed to. It is a perfect choice once you are not going to spend all day long in a room and only need some rest after sightseeing. The rooms... what people say » are small - that is true, but it cannot be a surprise, when you are full aware of that. Will definitely stay here again when next time in ny. - Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

  Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff couldn't be more helpful and nice. For the excellent price we also got breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and a lovely croissant/omelett... what people say » e, ham and cheese sandwich. - Besides the extremely helpful staff, I loved the wallpaper in the halls. I also loved the view and being in the "thick of things" - close to subway, easy walks to Little Italy, the Bowery, Financial districts. I also liked being able to practice Mandarin chinese! Xie- xie! Great value

  The room was big enough. It has coffee maker and refrigerator that were very useful. The hotel location was good for us. It is near the metro (subway) and near central park. we could travel everywhere very easily. - good service , all near the hotel , brodway st, subway

  It's not easy finding reasonably affordable yet good-quality self-catering accommodation in New York City, but this was perfect! As a young woman travelling by myself, I felt I had to keep my wits about me on the street, but everything was fine (just be sure to use commonsense). The train station is very close, and the local grocery store is only ... what people say » around the block. It's not the wealthiest area, but it's obviously a family area. I was immensely impressed with the chap who carried my heavy bag up - This is a good alternative to staying in downtown Manhattan. Coming from a small UK town the area was a bit of a culture shock. Spacious appartment with everything you need for a short stay. Subway stop just around the corner so easy to get downtown in 15 to 20 mins. You can also walk to the Guggenheim in a similar time. A couple of nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket if you want to eat in.
