We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). Iove how close hotel is to my daughters apt and many great restaurants. I loved the view out my window of buildings and empire state bldg. I just love the Bowery. This is our place from now on!!! Will bring my husband in Oct. love your employees. Very genuine. Fun to see a celebrity now and then but most of all how they can be just people like the rest of us while relaxing and not having attention brought to them.

important subway stations. Extremely convenient transportation. The next
door is 5th avenue and macy'S. Also it is near korean town and cafes
and bars so that both western and eastern style food is easy to get. The
room I am in is quite new, with big tv and good city view to Empire
building (if you stay above 16th floor). Breakfast is very nice indeed.
And the most important, staffs are very nice! Especially Mathew!
