  Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud

  I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt. Grand Central station is 1-minute walk. S - Great location right next to Grand Central Station and a short walk to Bryant Park . Room was clean and efficient . Good bathroom with daily replenished products . Iron & ironing board in room already . Ice machine a short walk away on same floor. Huge Lobby where the free wifi was available . Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

  We were spoiled. The staff made us feel like we were very special...they even sent our little ones milk, cookies, and candy with the sweetest note to let them know that they were special. Everyone was always helpful and all smiles. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The Christmas spirit with all the CHristmas trees in lobby was truley magical. One is able to see all the efforts that were made to give a guest a magicial holiday spirit the moment you walk through the doors. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner. The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet.   I am a designer and i loved the whole design of this hotel, everything was exceptional in its design and finish, far beyond the likes of any other hotel. I liked the pictures on the net before I booked but you most definitely have to see this place to believe it, especially the swimming pool, nestled between two asymmetric stainless steel towered... what people say » walls that look like there are from another dement ion , the whole pool area is stunning but the jewel in the crown of this hotel is the AMAZING poli - The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access).
