Location is great. Staff was very helpful. We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine. What can I see other than that the Waldorf Astoria is our favorite

all possible efforts sometimes including upgrades to make our stay

which is the more and more difficult to find nowadays in a hotel
belonging to a major hotel chain. Off course a historic building like

It was our first time with my friend in New York and the hotel was perfect for us as it was 10 minutes walk to time square. We would walk easily from time square to the hotel after 12am.
