This was a perfect spot for us. We wanted to be close to the Thanksgiving day parade from which we flew in from Boston to see. Our hotel wasn't in the mob of millions of people but located just behind the crowd so all we needed to do was go back to the hotel to use the amenities. The best surprise was the excellent food as the adjacent restaraunt ... what people say » which gave us 20% off ours meals because we stayed - I pre notified the hotel that it was my husbands birthday and so we were given a free room upgrade. Friendleness of staff. The conceierge (Gerry) was particularly helpfull with our restaurant and helicopter flight bookings. The chocolates on the pillows every evening and following days weather report was a nice touch. Well stocked mini bar. Free morning papers.

What a FAB hotel
From the moment we checked in until we departed we were treated like gold. I got this room at an excellent price yet the staff and our concierge went above and beyond their duties with little extras like cupcakes and bubbly for my boyfriends 30 th which we spent in NYC.
6 blocks from Macy's herald sq and just another few blocks to... what people say » times sq we walked into the craziness after check in so my boyfriend could experience it for himself as it was his first time. The manhattan mall is -
I cannot say enough about the staff at Eventi. Even after we arrived (pretty cranky) just before 2 am, they were warm, helpful (room service? OF COURSE!), thoughtful (What brought you to NYC? A birthday- well, then, let's send you a gift of champagne!), knowledgeable (great restaurant recommendations, even for foodies!),and attentive. Little things like their daily wine hour (generous, comfortable, paired with cheese, lively- I think EVERYONE in the hotel was there) were done exceptionally we

I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM. We have booked a single queen bed room but the staff managed to find for ... what people say » us a double bed room, which was excellent. they liked their jobs and where they worked.Location was great, easy
walking distance to all midtown/times square/theater district
venues. Room was nice, clean, big enough for comfort and nicely
decorated. Bed very comfortable.

Upon entering the hotel, one is welcomed with exquisite beautiful beyond belief.
The staff are very professional individuals and are eager to please.
Also, the level of security is very important in a place like NYC, and the Waldorf takes extra measures to ensure everyone feels a high level of security. We liked everything in this hotel!!!Expecially the lobby area was really wonderful!!!The location is also perfect!!!The hotel is in the center of NYC!!!Short distance to Empire State Building,Central Park,Times Square and Fifth Avenue!!!The truth is that when somebody sees the price,it seems pretty expensive, but after a huge research that we did,we found out that hotels in the same price in NYC are terrible with very small and dirty rooms!!!We can

The staff was more than helpful. On our last morning, when running to the car to grab something, realized it had been towed!! I received a very warm and friendly welcome from Ana in the Chelsea
Pines Inn, and all the staff there were charming and lovely throughout
my short stay. The location of this Inn is excellent - a few steps away
from an underground station, Chelsea Market and the High Line. Small
touches like complimentary water and printing facilities makes Chelsea
Pines Inn compare favourably to more upscale places I stayed in ny
(where they were charging $8 for a small bottle of water!).

I felt very good there. It's not a typical hotel, each room is
actually just a very small space of floor which is taken mostly of the
bed and just a small cupboard, and the room is separated from the others
just by a tiny wall. So you feel like sleeping in a large space of beds,
but at least you don't see the person sleeping nearby. Although it
do... what people say » esn't sound perfect, it was really nice there. The atmosphere was
great, the staff was very friendly. I guess, I got lucky with good
"neighbours", so -
This place can only be as good as the people who stay there - the walls
between rooms in the sleeping area don't reach the ceiling and every
sneeze is audiable to everyone (you can't hear check-in counter or
lobby area, as they are in a different room). During my stay, the hotel
was fully booked and the guests were backpackers from Canada, us and
Europe. All guests were very quiet and considerate of others. I usually
don't sleep well in hotels, but I had the greatest night sleep after

The desk staff was helpful and cheerful. We ended up with a private bath as well, which was really nice. My room was in the Victorian Row house which was a few blocks up from the main location. I liked how insanely comfy the beds were. After a long flight and arriving late, its all you want and more than exceeded my expectations. Also liked that there was a kitchen that I could use so I could have a cup of tea when I got in from traipsing the streets all day. Rooms were comfy, cosy and individually decorated with actual creative touches which you don't often see. Also, free wireless was very much
