The security of the hotel. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

Great location for shopping next to Soho and Broadway. Good dining options and places to go out for drinks and live music within 20min walking distance. Room was good, and although nothing exciting, it was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom where all worked fine. WiFi also worked fine with good bandwidth in our room. All in all really good value for money for NYC. Stayed at hotel for the 3rd time and would definitely come again
