Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe.
