The beds were VERY uncomfortable. The mattresses were extremely lumping and one of them had a large dip in the middle. They really need to invest in some new mattress- after a long day/night in NYC you want a good night sleep- that we did not get.
Apartment is on 4th floor and has no elevator. Before you arrive you need to pickup the keys on different address. This is not compfortable.
No free cancellation. Completely charge for any cancellation. Can't
do that anymore. Too risky for the patron.
The heat system didn't work properly.
The mattresses are old, you can feel the springs poking in your back.
The heating din't work for two days.
Two nights the heating made a noise like someone was banging it with a hammer.
There was no mirror in the bathroom, we found it in the kitchen cabinet.
