I liked it all! It was really great. The hotel looks beautiful and the staff is really polite. The rooms look amazing.

Business center charged for internet, which is complementary at most other hotels. I understand charging for it in your room, but in the business center?

I had a wonderful stay at the Tudor Hotel NY. The staff were very nice and helpful when I needed. When I had a problem with my bathtub they sent a service guy up in just a few minutes, even thou it was a saturday evening.

Why charge for using the computers? A lot of hotells nowdays have free internetacces or 30min free internet/day.

We were only there for 2 nights, but we had a good room which was clean and comfortable. It was in a good position for catching tour buses etc. The staff were helpful, and knowledgable about local attractions.We didn't eat in the hotel, but found it easy to find alternative restaurants nearby.

The atmosphere and location of the hotel were wonderful. The rooms were clean, well decorated, and quite cute.

It was in a good location, not far from times square and grand central station making it easy to travel to see all the sights.

The room was much smaller than the one illustrated on the vittual tour on the website that i booked with so was disappointed about that however it was adequate for our few days there. There was a coffee maker in the room but no kettle to make tea.

We stayed twice at the Tudor within a week. The first time in one of the newly decorated suites which was great, The second time in an older suite which was still nice but is in need of the upgrading.

Convenient to sights, transport

We had trouble with internet. For 2 days we had interrupted service for which we had to call in technical assistance and consequently had far less than the 24 hrs access for which we were paying - no compensation with the final bill. Very disappointing, as internet access was one of the reasons for staying here!

that you have to pay for wireless when you spend that sort of money wireless should be free. when a holiday inn express can do it for $120 a night.

It was close to the main facilities in NYC and yet its place was quite calm and peaceful. The price was good related to the service we got. Staff was friendly.

My room was probably forgotten and not cleaned on one day during my 10 day stay.
