I am very fond of the Soho Grand. It makes a great first impression in terms of mood at atmosphere when you step in the front door, and this continues through to rooms and especially is true of the service. I am a returning guest at the Soho Grand. This time on business, but other times private.

Nice staff and comfy room....

There was a very bad smell coming from some new plastic things in theroom that was quite bothersome. They said they were going to coming anddo something but they never came....

Service in the lounge was okay but the attituse of the hostess' was poor. We were not made to feel like guests.
