Early check-in: This can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and an early check-in charge. Lead guest: The lead guest must be over 25 years of age. I.D. check and card authorisation: When you arrive, onefinestay will check the lead guests I.D. and secure a $1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released when onefinestay confirms no damage was caused during your stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
