The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Joshua, he was always nice with my parents especially speaking spanish to them as they were senior citizens, I was picking on him calling him Jacobs and still never complained. Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memorable

Just about everything. Staff was very polite and helpful. The room was in a great location, clean, very nice. Shampoo and conditioner were also much appreciated. Comfortable bed too.

Elevator was a bit slow.
