The hotel it's self is very convenient, right across the way from the street car (which isn't exspensive at all) there are awesome food places all over the place, not far from the French quarter or Bourbon street, basically right where you wan... what people say » t to be, the area around the hotel is safe there is security at night that walks the property. The staff at the front desk where awesome, so very frie - This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

  I stayed with my brother and sister-in-law at this hotel. Although not close to the French Quarter, this hotel was definitely a bargain for the amenities it had. Large rooms with wi-fi, complimentary breakfast, clean facility and rooms, very friendly staff, and secure parking.   The staff did everything humanly possible to accomodate my family. I loved the central aircon. It made my stay very comfortable. - This place was way cleaner than the $100+/night hotels I've stayed at. The staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend.

We'd overlooked this establishment initially because of the parking and motel look but it is gated and well kept.   The manager was really friendly, I believe his name was louis. I stayed at the sweets inn for mardi gras. He was always willing to call a cab for me and my boyfriend. The person that stayed before us had stolen the key for our room but the manager was always right there to unlock our room and let us in. I would recommend this hotel. And to top this off, he was th - IF you are a guy (ladies would not feel comfortable here) simply looking for a place to sleep and don't care about amenities, this place will do.   Easy acces to business district & French quarter. - Was very hesitant to stay here because there was almost no reviews, but I had no other option. The rooms were nice and big and had very comfortable beds. Sheets & pillows were clean but had cigarette burns. Staff were friendly & helpful but never seem to be at the front desk..
