The beds were Awesome! Very comfortable. Wet spot on the floor of the room. Bathtub a little dated.The staff did not apply a 4* hotel service. Several of the nice appliances provided in the room did not work (iPod speakers, radio/alarm clock) and electricity sockets in the bathroom were ,alfunctioning and therefore dangerous to use. Worst of all, we were charges for several services/items we did not use: valet parking, mini bar and a large phone bill came out of nowhere.
