The Customer Service from the time you pull up to valet parking to checking in and out at the end of your stay is Beyond excellent as well as the location. The young lady at the front desk I believe her name was Tamara was very helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of without any issues. The location was great. Close enough to walk to the Superdome and close enough to walk to the Riverfront, around 6-10 blocks for either.

I was glad for the short stay. The bed linen had a couple of spots and I did not see a vending machine for drinks. Draperies are a little soiled. No swiming pool. No fan in the bathroom. Not enough power sockets on the walls. Housekeeping on the most part was spot on, except some days they forgot to replenish/leave washcloths or showermat - Bathroom showed some age and they didn't have towel bars to hang your towel after and be able to be re-used. King size bed in a small room is possibly a design fault. The room would certainly seemed larger and more manageable re luggage if it were so. Otherwise no issues at all. Wifi was week in the ends of the wings. There was snot on the shower curtain. The extractor fan did not work I ordered a cab with front desk. It did not arrive. They re-rang the cab. 30 minutes late - main front desk man was very dismissive. Had no selection of single malt Scotch in the bar. Closed dining room very early for floor repair or some such forcing me to walk elsewhere for a bite to eat and were rather snooty about it. My letsbookhotel.com reservation was not available to the hotel when I arrived. Luckily they had a room available. The front desk told me that I was not the only one that letsbookhotel.com failed to send the info. That a hotel of this quality had no hairdryer!. There are directions on your bedroom table on how to organise a wake-up call. I followed these. However, I didn't receive a wake-up call, which was due at 3.30am. As a result, I missed my shuttle to the airport. When I queried this with reception they said "oh no, that doesn't work". I think they should have taken away the instructions in that case. The internet was horrible. I needed to do some work in my downtime. It wasn't possible. I ended up having to go a friends hotel to use the Internet. I've never stayed at a hotel with that terrible of a connection. I probably won't stay there again just because if that. The size of the room. 1.Very poor customer service-deceitful, unable to keep the promise. 2.Disconnection between the hotel and letsbookhotel.com 3.Shifting the blame to the customer instead of addressing the issue-system deficiency 4.Double-charging the customer for parking 5.No one takes the responsibility to address the concerns of the customer(until now I am waiting for the manager to return my phonecalls/messages) 6.I will not recommend anyone to this hotel in the near future. Too expensive for a room that was so small, dated + damaged furniture. Glass window was frosted so I couldn't look out/ see the view. I would never stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed.
