Excellent location, very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. I also like the green effort and having a starbucks inside of the hotel. Nice place for a business conference. Staff at check in very courteous. Beautiful view of river from my room. Loved electrical outlet next to bed for recharging electronics. We had the club room. We love the breakfast and lunch.and the view was wonderful.very clean. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms could have had a mini refrigerator maybe. Our 27 floor tube drained slow and our friends drained slow as well. Disappointed that the lobby bar had no happy hour specials. The things I didn't like was the fact that I had to pay to have a refridgerator put in the room. Also, that the TV didn't offer any of the channels that I love to watch. Prices of room service. Especially breakfast was not good and very expensive. Also did not have a hotel guide in my room so did not know where nothing in hotel was located. I would have preferred a buffet-style breakfast. Also there needs to be a one -way system in the unloading area. The chaotic scenes on the morning after the New Orleans bowl had to be seen to be believed. The do not disturb signs fall off door handles everytime you go in/out. I very certain I booked a suite and I did not stay in a suite. cold showers...no hot water most mornings hidden charges on the room. Horrible!!!!!!!!. Parking is pricey. Watter at bathroom was not hot!!!!!. Took 30 minutes to check in because of booking through letsbookhotel.com website. Had to change out room keys twice when they did not work. Pool area way too small to accommodate the amount of guests staying there so was always ver crowded and difficult to obtain lounge chairs. room service was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!. No microwave. Housekeeping was TERRIBLE! Room not cleaned, beating on the door at 8:15 in the morning(with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on) Sheets not changed, A/C would not work. the maid service was terrible. the maids on the 40th floor were rude, pushy and mean. this was the worst ever and I stay at a lot of hotels for work.
