I like that there was security during Mardi Gras. I was also very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the willingness to help out when we needed it.

The hotel is gorgeous, elegant, and clean--a nearly impossible combination to find anywhere else in the French Quarter. My fiance and I are having our wedding reception there next year, so I knew I loved the place when I booked.

We had a disastrous experience with the reservations. I called to confirm the day we were supposed to check in just to make sure everything was in order because we were coming with a huge wedding party who had all booked through booking.com. They had lost our reservations and were very rude, blaming everything on booking.com. Your customer service reps straightened everything out, so thank you!
