The breakfast was more than adequate. Enjoyed every mouthful especially the self-made waffle. We were pleasantly surprised to have FREE email to keep in touch with family back home.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We thought the breakfast offered was quite good.Good location and glad they had off street parking, even if it was $20 a day...

The rooms are small and dark, could use an update. We heard odd mechanical noises off and on all night and all day...elevator, HVAC, who knows.

Close to Bourbon street. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was much better than in most other places, cook your own waffles was a hit for me and plenty of pretty good . Excellent security, secure parking. Lots of space in the bedroom. The twin room had 2 queen sized beds.

The pillows are the worst I have ever experienced, too small and too high, more like cushions than pillows, I got a neck ache and had to sleep without a pillow.Too far from Frenchman street to walk at night (not their fault). Staff didn't tell us about the festival in the park across the road, we found out too late while exploring Bourbon street.

The hotel was quiet, quaint, and very nicely decorated.

The location was a less safe area of the French Quarter. I had to walk past three different groups fighting to get to the hotel.

Room was very clean, A little walk to get to where we wanted to go ans see everything but nice to sleep at night. As the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Concierges were awesome to work with. Always very helpful with booking anything we wanted.

The inner courtyard made us feel like we stepped into a different world. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The room felt and looked luxurious and seemed well insulated from outside noise.

Walking and Convienience to the entire French Quarter. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. Pool was clean and refreshing. Parking was convienient. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Hotel staff were very helpful and courtous. The bar in the lobby was nice. Our (7) entire experience was great. All agreed we would stay here again.

The Best Western French Quarter is a really relaxing and cosy hotel. Some of the rooms are directly access to the court yard with the swimming pool. The rooms are extremely confortable and clean. The Staff from the reception to the cleaning ladies are extremely welcoming and nice. The breakfast is really nice and it was included in the room rate. We stayed for 4 days in this hotel and rebooked for the last day after a trip around Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.

This is a nicely decorated hotel with updated facilities and very comfortable bedding. Well appointed, richly decorated, compact rooms. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The pool and courtyard area is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious with many food options from which to choose. Check out time is noon which is a little later than most places - which is nice so you don't have to rush in the morning. The hotel is within walking distance to museum, aquarium, french market, riverfront, jackson square - all main attractions. If you need to see greenery you have beautiful Louis Armstrong Park right across the street.

Rooms need more lighting - especially in sink area.

I liked the hotel's close proximity to all the happenings in the city.

Although the hotel breakfast was good, I would have liked to see more options offered and free evening cocktails and snacks like a lot of hotels offer. Especially since hotel prices were high because of the Essence Festival. You have to offer more for the price you are charging customers.

For an "older" couple, Like us, the Hotel is ideally situated, not far from all the attractions of the French Quarter but far enough out of the "Mainstream to be quiet and relaxing. Great Staff and amenities and clean comfortable rooms.

There is nothing I can think of that needs to be changed. Very enjoyable stay.
