surprised by the wonderful room lighting and modern look to the room. there is no question that this is a budget property. That being said it was still in pretty nice shape for a 3 year old roadside motel. Comfortable accomodations, very clean facility, friendly staff, all the necessities available, good variety of complimentary breakfast items. Your hotel and staff were excellent and it was so close to Schlitterbaun. The palm trees added a nice touch. Very helpful desk staff.

The rooms were well maintained and my son and grandsons enjoyed the pool. Very helpful front desk help. We stay for two days last weekend and had a great stay, great hotel ,nice people, great location!. The rooms were every clean. Beds were excellent to sleep on. Staff accommodated us on ground floor, parking. Recommend. As listed above-clean, good location, good staff. Nice, relatively newhitel. Everything was excellent. Convenience and staff. Also thank goodness it wasn't raining when we arrived/left-I've never seen a motel/hotel that didn't have a covered area to unload/load. HUGE oversight when built. I booked for two nights and they only had me down for one. small rooms. PRICE! Breakfast was ok, but definitely needed an extra waffle iron. Had 5 or so waiting for it most of the time. lighting, poorly draining sink, no tv guide to channels. Everything was excellent. I did not like that I booked a room with 2 beds and they did not have any available, they offered me 1 bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable and this was not in my booking reservation, I was expecting to have 2 beds room. Breakfast not that great. Busicuts were dry. Bathroom sink kept filling up with water. Poor drainage. One of the pillows had make-up stains. When we first arrived to our room the a/c never cooled so we got moved to another room, which was slightly better but it never completely cooled. The room felt very humid, you could feel the damp on the sheets and our personal clothing. The room was way to small for the price we payed. Not impressed with the rooms. Kind of cheezy. Mirror above the bed, really?? Hope to God it wasn't a two way mirror. Bugs Humid Wet carpet Smell Pillows. Air did not keep room cool i booked online and received a receipt for 252.00 and then was charged 290.00 on my credit card. room was really small. The whole room was damp.
