The room was beautiful; just about what I expected on Nantucket.

The staff at the front desk definitely had an attitude. They were not helpful and did not go out of their way. In fact, they provided inaccurate information. We wanted to go to Cisco Brewery and they directed us to the visitors' center where we could catch a shuttle; however, the shuttle wasn't even running anymore.

Carolyn at the front desk was outstanding; she is a great asset to your hotel. Her award winning smile and her caring attitude to us made us feel welcomed from the beginning of our stay until our departure.

The Staff was wonderful. They were friendly and professional. The room was lovely, comfortable, and quiet. We would enjoy another stay at the White Elephant!

Service was fantastic...there was nothing that we were in need of that wasn't there, or easily accomplished my very pleasant staff. Goodies put out all day long in the lobby for snacks. Great location. Rooms were very nice, comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious.

The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was beautiful! Plenty of room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I felt like royalty staying there!

The grounds were wonderful. The unit we stayed in was pure luxury and a real highlight of our first trip to Nantucket from south Georgia. I cannot say enough about the two bedroom unit we stayed in. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the snacks and drinks provided daily in the lobby. We also benefited from the transportation provided. Great stay!!!

Of course it was pricey but you get what you pay for!!!

There was no cafe for hot breakfast so we had to leave the hotel to get a hot cooked breakfast

The staff at The White Elephant are amazing. We were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday and they went above and beyond to make her stay so very special and memorable.

Everything about the White Elelphant Villages was fabulous. The $195.00 rate made it very affordable as the main hotel can be very expensive.
