We liked all and everything, the staff, the room - the bed was outstanding, big flat screen and very good wifi, near highway, restaurant next door. Everything positively outstanding. Personal touch by owners ? managers. Regards to Mr Kuki. The staff was awesome!!!! The rooms were big and classy, and the beds were so comfy! I will always stay there and I have already told my friends if they go through Moses lake stay there!!! My kids already want to go back!!!.
all reviews » The new beds are better than my bed. I never slept so well. Its an older motel, but has a big new TV, and is pretty clean, don't let the broken sign fool you. Its a nice stay and good bargain. Price was excellent. Mattresses were new. Dogs stay free - make sure you make a note of your dog when you book. Easy access to attractions. Friendly staff. The location is great, right off the freeway! Great memory foam beds made for a very nice sleep. The beds were great. The laminate floors are a major plus over carpet. Close to everything in town. It was neat and clean and in a good location for what we wanted and was reasonably priced. This hotel was very reasonable - a great stopover choice! It was a little dated but there were no surprises. there is nothing I did not like. funky stained rug runner. Paid in advance of seeing room due to time of day. Had reserved a non- smoking room, but tolerated stale smoke and cigarette burns in bedspreads. Did not attempt a room change, though should have. Would expect housekeeping to automatically provided linens for 4 as per reservations, but we needed to request each day. The bathroom was dirty with paint discoloration visible. The paint on the wall with the TV was green and had several stains visible. Looks VERY sketchy from the outside! It's definitely older and not a place you would want to spend a lot of time but for sleeping, it was great. Old furniture. Exterior needs to be cleaned up. Clean but outdated and no alarm clock or hair dryer. Pillows were not good. The lady who ownes the place is rude as hell!! If it wasn't for her our stay would have been nice. Also the room was dirty and our bathroom door didn't lock. toilet was stained and dirty. bathtub was dirty..ground floor window did not lock...locks on doors were either broken or very flimsy. The poorest bathroom I ever experienced and a table for a luggage rack. Also, poor lighting and an over all feel of we don't care. smell of smoke in non smoking room, room all beat to shit, needs a a renovation. They had a piece of plywood between the matress and the top sheet. (Yes, I did look at it). Requested a bottom level handicapped room only to learn it had been given to someone else. In my booking request I asked for the Handicap room, if none, let me make other plans. Ripped off by Interstate Inn. room filthy. noisy. towels with holes. sheets you could see thru. bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a month. loud. lights shining thru curtains. BAD BAD BAD!!.
