The hotel is located right next to the river and the views are great. There are also some great places to eat located nearby. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was very good and the service was efficient and friendly. The concierge switched our room to a river view on a different floor so that we could be close to our friends. We had drinks in the bar in the evening and the bartender was very friendly. We were at an event in the hotel and the food looked and tasted delicious .

Beautify location right by the river, people are friendly, nice pathway for walk, foods are excellent, easy to find, etc.... the restaurant staff went out of their way to try and find something I could eat that did not have MSG in it. For $3, there was barely enough hot water for a tea cup size of tea and there was nothing such as sweetners, milk etc offered. $8 for coffee is ridiculous so we used the in room coffee maker one morning and the second morning paid $1 in the restaurant for a to go cup. Please provide salt pepper and condiments with your meals. none. almost everything on your menu has MSG in in it. I am severely allergic to MSG My husband is also allergic to something that you use in laundering the bed linens. Should have included a breakfast with the price paid..... Nothing. Very nice. Higher rate than expected for off season (college town not in main session). would like to have later checkout; parking a little way away from front door. The pillows! We were not alone in our opinion!. a little noisy. None. Sliped on towel getting out of bathtub. Dislocated my shoulder and put a 2 inch gash in arm. There wasn't any additional outlets behind the night stand for plugging in electronic devices. Also, there should be more than one night stand in the room. The only issue we had was that we were in Morgantown, WV (where wvu sports is a big deal) and we could not get any local sports channels in our room. We could here the outside air units running all night!. When we arrived to our room, the bathtub had dirt in it, yes, looked like someone had cleaned a flower pot out since it looked at like dirt! Also, I needed to make copies of documents for an important meeting and discovered that wf has no business center?? That's crazy. But to be fair the manager had the bellman drive me to the local ups store, though it would have been far more convenient to just have a copier on site. Uncomfortable beds Over rated Over priced Dirty No refrigerator No microwave Hidden charges like parking.
