The staff, especially Ginger. She was professional and charming in spite of a series of rude guests the night I checked in. All staff spoke to customers. Clean, comfortable, felt safe. Shuttle to Convention Center relieved anxiety for me and shuttle drivers were all friendly and helpful.

There is nothing I did not like.

Love the accomodations, location and bar/restaurant.

I have never had good internet service (pretty much non-existant) in my room each time that I have been a guest there. I have had to go to the lobby, which is not convenient as a business traveler.

The room was clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. The attached restaurant offered a superb breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. The location was convenient to all points of travel during our stay.

unhelpful staff: didn't direct us in the right direction to elevator with a load to have to walk around to find ourselves, didn't greet us upon arriving to desk and waited 10+ seconds while they finished up what they were doign (no one was in front of us or on the phone...), did not say thank you and smile

The whole experience. I think it's cool how the price of stealing towels is worded! Also, like the notes about linens and conserving water. Also like the direction you're going with the pool / spa. Excellent, fabulous, absolutely the best!!!

Wasn't quite sure if the one bottled water was meant to be bought or if it was meant to be used in the coffee machine. Not a biggy.

The room was good-sized and had a nice desk for using a computer. The beds were comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful when there was a maintenance problem.

No free continental breakfast.

Having a sign in the bathroom basically accusing me of being a thief, and telling me how much I would be charged for any missing towels. Seemed very "low-rent".

It was close to where we were spending our time while we were visiting.

Coffee was served in the lobby after we left the hotel in the A.M. Had to buy in your restraunt if we wanted it before we left the hotel.

The room was very nice and spacious.

There were people constantly running and yelling down the hall on our floor, the staff didn't do anything about it and it occurred throughout the whole night. Was very disappointed.
