When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending. The price was great and staff was genuinely very kind and attentive to our needs, especially since my husband is disabled.

The walk-in shower needs some heavy duty scrubbing. There was mold on the grout, so I use a towel to stand in the shower.

Great location. Clean. Classy look. Very friendly staff. Great turn-over service.

Pool too warm & very over crowded. Hot tub WAY too hot. Pool area ran out of towels & it took a long time to get more. I walked to my room wet. Hotel forgot to remove the hold on my debit card. They charged us the wrong rate but fixed the problem after I called.

Internet charge per device even on executive level Some staff in executive lounge surly. Executive lounge no dress code, when there for breakfast one morning woman in pyjamas. Food generally not of a high standard, menu needs revamp.
