  The room - I liked that the hotel was located in the center of the strip of south beach near clubs and the beach being walking distance. also the staff was nice and did not bug or hassle my visitors even when they came by really late.

  From the moment we arrived and met the super friendly helpful owner Sebastian, we were treated with such fabulous hospitality, generosity and kindness. We were 2 women who had travelled transatlantic that morning on a long 9 hour flight to Miami and couldn't have asked for a better reception. We had never been to Miami before so based on other ... what people say » reviews had booked this boutique hotel and were very glad we did. It offers everything the discerning tourist could want in terms of location, (right - We had a balcony apartment which was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all necessary facilities. The location, although not Downtown or on Southbeach was great, across the road the park and beach. We couldn't always park infront of the hotel as it is located on a busy road but we were never more than 1-2 minutes away.
