  Doesn't look like a place you would want to stay from the outside but, this is a real gem! Excellent service. I had been charged for food I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my account with no questions asked! Love the morning coffee and the evening wine tasting! Nice pool. The design (an antidote to the pervasive kitsch tendencies of most Miami Beach hotels), the atmosphere, the location (directly on the water with fantastic views), the restaurant (wholesome food, light and very tasty), the spa (exceptional), the staff (the best I have experienced in the us - very attentive, helpful & smiling). A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more. It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me.   The staff was very nice and helpful. Our iron in the room was not working and immediately someone brought a new one to our room. Our room was neatly cleaned every day. The hotel provides towels and beach chairs for the beach. The food at the hotel was great especially the strawberry margaritas!!   We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The apartments are located in several blocks around courtyards; ours was located next to the pool area. This was fine (not too noisy) but if you would mind this I'd suggest you request one away from the pool area. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated... what people say » and had everything we needed. The area is at a good walking distance from the main attractions in Miami Beach. Parking is not easy but we managed to - The staff was very courteous and friendly. Whatever request we made they answered and fulfilled it to the best of their abilities. RICARDO and Paula was great! I enjoyed my stay there and I will return. The location of the apartment was most convenient being that it was literally 5 minutes away from the strip by car. Not much ruckus and noise so we got some much needed rest when we finally layed down.
