  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

  As I booked last minute a reduced rate, this hotel was excellent value for money, great location, staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was massive and best of all there were sun loungers right outside which we spent most of our time on. - They managed to do something nice out of it with a tight budget.

  The beds were very comfy. Down comforters and pillows. We checked in around 4pm and ended up taking a nap! Staff was friendly. Rooms are large and have a frig and microwave which is nice.   The Palms South Beach is a great hotel I would reccomend everyone, it's very very clean, very elegant, the staff is always nice and polite and the room and all facilities were absolutely perfect. - Lovely hotel, good sized rooms, decorated very modern, Aveda bath products. Very comfortable beds, slept well. Service in restaurant was very good.

  we had a completly updated room, nice tv, excellent huge bed. free parking, the hotel is not really central if you want to be @ maimi south beach so i would recomend a car if staying in this hotel, then it's about 15 minutes drive - location, price, good bed and linen, airport shuttle service
