  The check in staff were amazing, the young ladies couldn't help you enough. they made our check in so easy, and were so helpful with our late check out, which we hadn't booked, so we really appreciated it. the security staff in the evening were very helpful with our travel and restaurant choices. overall great place for a large family from Londo... what people say » n, Thank you for a great stay x - It was a nice room overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The suite needed up dating but it was clean. The pool area was very nice. I liked the security staff made sure you were a guest and not just someone walking off the beach.   I liked everything. The location is great, just beside the beach, which is clean and sandy. The bus stop is near, so in case you want to go to the Sobe. There are some facilities like fitness and swimming pool. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was clean. They cleaned the room everyday, they even did washing up. There are a lot of caf... what people say » es near the hotel, there is a big supermarket Publix, where we bought some food. - This is very budget-friendly, it's ideal for a family or backpackers, not really for a romantic getaway. It's great if you want to cook too. The suite came well equipped. There's a nice Publix just across the road. There's a liquor store that sells easy cards that you can use on the Miami-Dade county buses (Will not work on Broward buses but it will work on the Tri-rail). It's right on the beach.

  Arrived in Miami after having a very rude taxi driver. Was greeted with a friendly welcome at the hotel. We were not informed of any information about the hotel - location of the pool, breakfast etc. We entered what seemed to be the smallest lift known to man, after fitting two people with luggage in, it was a very tight fit, and even worse when o... what people say » ther people are wanting to enter the left also. We arrived in our room (room 329), to find it quite spacious, large living, dining and kitchen area. O - Excellent location at quieter end of Ocean Drive but within easy walking distance of everything . Receptionist Mary was very friendly and happily changed our room on request to an ocean view. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite ! Lovely pool , ideal for the whole family. Private exit to area of beach with sun beds and umbrellas and an attendant . Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation and definitely stay there a
