  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable.   As I booked last minute a reduced rate, this hotel was excellent value for money, great location, staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was massive and best of all there were sun loungers right outside which we spent most of our time on. - They managed to do something nice out of it with a tight budget.

  I've gotta admit I wasn't sure what to expect. I travel a lot and stay in many hotel brands. This was really amazing. Very high end looking, large, quiet rooms. I loved it. I recently stayed at an Intercontinental and this was MUCH nicer. I felt like I was in an old school Hollywood movie. ....:) The only complaints I have are what everyone els... what people say » e discussed: NO restaurants in walking distance, and parking/valet. However there is public parking for $6 two blocks south. But you have to be ou - The King Ocean View Suites are spectacular in both comfort and style, with unforgettable sunrises over the ocean. Room service breakfast on the balcony is a must!! Staff at the hotel were all very friendly, in particular the guys on the beach and in the restaurant. Also the parking valets were excellent, with particular mention of German who went out of his way to be helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!
