  Great hotel in great location.have read other reviews and I can only saythat people who are negative must be very pickey! Staff were lovely,loved the hammocks on the beach and the overall feel of the place, evenwent back for an extra night at the end of the holday. - close to beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants

  great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.

Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Wifi worked well in our room. - I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

  It was a rather old-fashioned, charming hotel. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Good value. The breakfast was basic but good. The staff was accomodating.   Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon. During our stay we enjoyed the amenities of the room: full kitchen were we had breakfast, nice coffee and tea. The room was spotless ... what people say » and they made it every day. The staff is super nice and are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. They are very familiar wh - very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.
