If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

  The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. They have have been completely refurbished and are are now modern in decor and very contemporary. The beds are medium to firm and very comfortable ( for our likes). It's a 20 minute driv... what people say » e to South Beach, but Quarzo is in very good location as it's nice and quiet but right near the beach. - this place is amazing. the staff is very friendly, the premises are very nice, the beach close is beautiful, and not so crowded, and the rooms are huge and super confortable. the possibility to cook is also quite handy.

  The location is perfect. Just across the street there is a restaurant (Big pink) where you can have a real breakfast, lunch and dinner. A disco across the street without hearing any noise in your room. There is another disco on the beach side a couple of houses past the starbucks. The beach is just one street behind the hotel. So you rea - A wonderful place. I stayed at many places in Miami and this is the best. We stayed there twice, came far too early at first, and were given a room 4 hours before checkin time. The place is a gem and a real delight compared to most other places in the area. The beach towels and the breakfast are a really great service.

  A quirky, eclectic family-run hotel in the heart of South Beach. The James Hotel is owned and run by Sr. Torre and his daughter, and the care and love they have for their property is evident throughout. It was an amazing value. Lots of space in the room, yes the furniture is a bit out of date, but it worked perfectly fine and it was very clean. I will always stay here when I'm in south beach. They are also very flexible with check in and check out times. My flight arrived at 9am and they let me into my room well before the designated check in time.

  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. We originally booked and paid a deposit at Miami International Travellers Hostel, but when we arrived there they told us they didnt have room for us!!!! they gave us no explanation and just gave us our deposit back and told us to go find somewhere else. Great restaurants, shopping and the beach were a few blocks away. I liked the fact that it was quiet at night and we were able to get a good sleep. I liked that there were hardwood floors instead of the carpet. I also enjoyed the direcTV. For it being an Art Deco hotel it was average. The Hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating, they even suggested a really good Cuban restaurant to us which was delicious!!! All in all it was a great girls

  The check in staff were amazing, the young ladies couldn't help you enough. they made our check in so easy, and were so helpful with our late check out, which we hadn't booked, so we really appreciated it. the security staff in the evening were very helpful with our travel and restaurant choices. overall great place for a large family from Londo... what people say » n, Thank you for a great stay x - It was a nice room overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean.
