This hotel was in a perfect location, close to all of the nice resturants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean as well as the room.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Due to the problems at the beach club they upgraded our room and we continued our stay at the hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the room and the friendliness of the hotel staff and would stay there again. Some cold cuts on the continental breakfast would be nice

The beach club was 5 blocks down the beach and the staff were extremely unfriendly and unaccommodating; the hotel had forgotten to give us a voucher and they would not even call the hotel (with whom they partner) to check that we were guests. Did not and would not visit the beach club again Not recommended for those who want a sunbed on the beach

I was immediately upgraded to the penthouse on my arrival which was an absolutely fantastic suite.

The hotel excluding the rooms is a little run down.

Staff were excellent.

Specifically booked based on location and the fact they have a rooftop pool - was informed at check in that this was closed for renovation. Access to pool at another hotel or to a private area on the beach were offered in place of this but I still felt let down. Breakfast was adequate but was a self serve deal where everything was laid out within the reception area - not what I would have expected from a 4* hotel.

the staff member who checked me in looked depressed. the refrigerator made banging noises. breakfast was minimalistic. I had no hot water in the morning for my shower.

Great location, friendly staff

Room was dark, only one mirror in the whole suite, difficult when 3 women are trying to get ready. Room was in good condition, but hallways had damage here and there, not reflective of a $325 night room.
