The hotel is perfect! Very cheap and comfortable! Very close to the beach and the center of the Miami Beach! We stayed in a very nice studio-appartment, wich was very clean and well-furnished! In such place you feelmore like at home, than in a hotel room...The staff is very friendly! We are absolutely satisfied with our stay at Miami Beach.

close to the beach and Lincoln road for really good price in Miami Beach. It is not luxorious motel, but for that price it is OK.

Very close to the beach. Beware that the appartments are used for long term rents. There is not mutch service. I had to call the manager by phone to get a key. (He was there fast enough.)

That I only spend 2 nights there. Should have stayed longer... :)

did not like the cockroaches, the lack of kitchen utensils, could not do any self-catering.. the lack of cleaning.. the maid changed our sheets once in two weeks only after we asked

The service and room conditions of the hotel are so bad it should not be at a respectable hotel booking site. It could be found, if you are looking for a motel, though.

Everything except the location. Room was unclean and there was noservice at all. I can not recommend this hotel to other people. If youare paying the same amount as here, by all means go to the others.

I dio not know anything about the rooms themselves as I was not inside.

I booked this hotel room with letsbookhotel.com and when I arrived they did not have any available room. Because I have always had good experience with letsbookhotel.com, I am sure it was the hotel's fault. Moreover they told me it would be more expensive than the usual price + tax + service charge because they will also charge for electricity etc. The place did not look very interesting from the outside.
